BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology

Scope of work: Examination and analysis of body fluids, tissues, microorganisms and chemical analyses. They collect the information needed for treating most pathological diseases by sample testing, analysis and reporting. They are responsible for taking decisions concerning sample collection and handling, daily instrument maintenance and quality control, collection and interpretation of data, maintenance of accurate records and reporting of data.

BSc Operation Theatre Technology

Scope of work: Preparing the operating theatre for the procedure, ensuring the availability of all the necessary supplies and surgical tools, providing assistance during the surgery, delivering the patient to recovery, cleaning the operating room post surgery and record maintenance are some of the major responsibilities if an OT Technician.
